Can AI employees make mistakes? How do you ensure quality?

What languages are supported?
AI employees fluently communicate in English, Cantonese (including colloquial expressions), and Mandarin. They automatically detect the language a customer is using and respond in the same language. We also support other major languages.

Team Flowy offers three plans: Free Trial (500 credits on signup), Flowy Lite (HK$99/month) for individuals and micro-businesses, and Flowy Pro (HK$699/month) for SMEs. Enterprise custom plans start from HK$2,999/month with dedicated deployment and support.
What are credits? How are they calculated?
Credits are the billing unit for AI usage. Simple conversations cost about 1-5 credits, while complex tasks (document analysis, report generation) cost 50-200+ credits. Lite and Pro plans include monthly credits; you can top up when depleted. Enterprise plans typically include generous or unlimited credits.
Can I try it before committing?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Enterprise plans can arrange bank transfers or invoicing.
Deployment & Technical
How long does deployment take?
Self-service plans (Lite/Pro): Start using immediately after signup. Setting up your knowledge base and connecting channels typically takes 1-2 days. Enterprise plans: From business consultation to going live usually takes 3-5 business days, including knowledge base building, AI configuration, and channel integration.
Do I need a technical background?
Not at all. Team Flowy is a visual platform — all operations are done in the browser. For enterprise plans, the EverFlow team handles all technical setup. You just provide your business knowledge and requirements.
What channels can I connect?
Currently supported: WhatsApp Business, WeChat, Telegram, website chat widget, and Email (Gmail). More channels coming soon. All channels share the same knowledge base and conversation memory — what a customer said on WhatsApp, the AI remembers on Email.
Can it integrate with my existing systems?
Yes. Team Flowy provides API access for integration with your CRM, ERP, or other business systems. Enterprise plans include integration support.
Data Security
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We implement multiple layers of protection: (1) All data encrypted in transit via HTTPS; (2) Full tenant isolation — your data is never visible to other users; (3) Your business data is never used to train AI models; (4) Servers deployed on trusted cloud infrastructure; (5) Regular security audits.
Are you compliant with privacy regulations?
Yes. Our data processing complies with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and follows international best practices. We have a clear privacy policy detailing data collection, usage, and protection. Enterprise plans can sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement).
Where is data stored?
Data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption and access controls. Enterprise plans can discuss data residency requirements.
