Terms of Service

The Company provides the following services:

(a) EverFlow AI Chat — an AI conversational assistant for individual users, supporting multi-model switching and contextual conversations; (b) Team Flowy AI Agent Platform — an enterprise AI agent workflow platform with customizable agents, knowledge bases, and automated tasks; (c) API Services — a unified AI model API gateway for developers and businesses.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all services at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Using our services requires account registration. You must provide a valid email address and complete the email verification process before you can use the service features.

You must ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and login credentials. Any losses resulting from account information disclosure are your responsibility.

Each user is permitted only one account. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.

You agree to comply with the following rules when using our services:

(a) Do not use the service to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content; (b) Do not abuse or overuse service resources through automated means (crawlers, scripts, etc.); (c) Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or gain unauthorized access to systems; (d) Do not circumvent or interfere with rate limits and security mechanisms; (e) Do not impersonate others or misrepresent organizational affiliations.

The Company sets reasonable rate limits for each service, with specific limits listed on product documentation pages. Requests exceeding these limits may be temporarily rejected. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Our services use a prepaid credits system. Users can purchase credits as needed, which are automatically deducted based on usage. There are no monthly subscription requirements.

Credit balances do not expire, but cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash. The Company reserves the right to adjust credit pricing and deduction standards, with advance notice to users.

All fees are based on the currency and prices displayed on the service pages. Payments take effect immediately upon successful processing.

The Company values user privacy and strictly complies with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). For detailed information on how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (everflowhk.com/privacy).

User data (including account information and conversation records) is stored on secure servers. Data we collect is used only to provide and improve services, and is not sold to third parties.

Your AI conversation content is encrypted and stored according to industry standards. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so through account settings or contact customer service.

The intellectual property rights of the service's technical architecture, interface design, brand identity, and software code belong to EverFlow Tech Limited. No copying, modification, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

Content you input through our services remains your property. AI-generated output is for reference only, and the Company makes no guarantees regarding its accuracy or copyright ownership. You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use your input content to the extent necessary for providing services.

Services are provided "as is." The Company makes no guarantees of uninterrupted operation or complete error-free performance.

AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Users bear the consequences of relying on AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

You may request account deletion at any time through account settings. After account deletion, related data will be removed within 30 days.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months with no balance).

After account termination, unused credit balances will not be refunded.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of modifications via email or in-service notifications. Modifications take effect 7 days after publication.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not accept the changes, please stop using the service and request account deletion.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
